About Us

Jupp Castle was formed in 1996 with offices originally in Fleet. In April 2003 the practice moved to premises in Crondall, between Odiham and Farnham on the A287 (just off Junction 5 of the M3) where we remained until August 2008.  Having started the new financial services company in 2007 we felt that it would be useful to be back in the town giving us more visibility for that side of the business and so we moved back to Fleet.

Heather O'Reilly FCCA

Director "I always say that if people at a party can guess that you're an accountant it's time to give up!" But so far no one has guessed so I am sticking with it. Jupp Castle is a general practice which keeps life very interesting as we are dealing with different clients with different requirements everyday. As the director a lot of my time is spent meeting with clients to discuss their businesses and solve their accounting problems. I also spend a good proportion of my time on tax matters as these seem to be close to everyones heart. I especially enjoy the networking side of the work and the challenge of growing the business through this. It is satisfying to know that at least 98% of our new clients come from referrals or from meeting a member of the team.  heather@juppcastle.co.uk

Maggie Arundell

Accountant I have been a member of the Jupp Castle team for ten years and my role has developed considerably in that time. My main tasks are to prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts for clients once other members of the team have completed any bookkeeping work and to make sure VAT Returns are filed on time. I also prepare year-end accounts for self-employed clients, partnerships and limited companies together with associated tax returns. I enjoy the friendly working relationship that Jupp Castle has developed with it's clients and am always happy to talk to them.

Diane Cantillon

Book keeper I joined Jupp Castle in August 2005 on a part-time basis to do the book keeping for various clients. Within six months I found that I needed to increase my hours as the practice was becoming increasingly busy with new clients requiring book keeping services. I find my work very interesting and varied as I work on different clients each day. I have built up a rapport with all my clients and take an active interest in their companies performance.

Sharon Spooner

Accounts Assistant My role as Accounts Assistant is very interesting and varied. My main duties include running the payrolls for approximately 40 of our clients on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis, and book keeping for a number of clients some of which includes preparing VAT returns for them.

Caroline Brewer

Credit controller I am a fairly new member of the team at Jupp Castle Ltd. I am finding my job enjoyable and interesting. My main duties include keeping the practice accounts up to date and collecting outstanding fees.  I also do some credit control for Jupp Castle clients.
